Biscuit Packing Machines

Four Chute Family Pack Machine is made for High speed Packing of Family packs. It consists of a feeder unit having four chutes and running in synchronization with machine with help of Logic Controller.

This Feeder Unit Has Feeder fitted on ball screw unit which are given pulse through proximity switch which are connected to the LOGO which is programmed. The Family Pack Machine with the four chute feeder attachment runs at the max speed of 35 pkt/min for 4 rows of biscuits and the pkt/min speed multiplies according to the ratio for 3 row pkt & 4 row packets For E.g. 4 row Max Pkt / min - 35 Pkt/min the feeder cam below the unit run at a speed of 35 x 4 = 140 rods / min. Speed of 3 Row Pkt/min = 140 / 3 = 45 Pkt / min Speed of 2 Row Pkt/ Min = 140 / 2 = 70 Pkt / min.

Wrapping Material: Heat sealable material such as 40-micron polyster ploy/foil pearlised B.O.P.P., heat sealable B.O.P.P. & Aluminum foil, paper poly and other common composite films with inner heat sealable layer etc.

The maximum speed of machine is 100 packets/min.

This machine is suitable for Round, Square, Rectangular and Oval shape biscuits. The biscuits are fed into main two hoppers. The machine is specially designed with automatic pusher feeding arrangement to take the required biscuits stack length and push the biscuits smoothly into main feeding conveyor . During the final end sealing and cutting process , the nylon lug carries packets for end sealing.

The maximum speed of machine is 100 packets/min.

This model is suitable for Rectangular, Square , Round, cream biscuits. Biscuits are manually fed into the conveyor. After this process nylon lugs carry biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with biscuits paper for center seal, by the pair of hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.

This model is specially designed for family pack (300/400 gms.). The machine is suitable for Round, Square, Rectangular biscuits. The biscuits are fed into hopper. After this process steel rod carries the biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with the biscuits paper for center seal by the pair hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.
